Count active streams, not installed apps
You may prepare compatible apps on more than one device. The selected connection level controls how many devices can stream simultaneously, not simply how many devices have been prepared.
- Watching on one TV at a time → choose 1 connection
- Watching on a TV and phone simultaneously → choose 2 connections
- Three devices streaming at the same time → choose 3 connections

How is my subscription price calculated?
Your price is based on the subscription duration and simultaneous connection count you select. Compare the four duration cards after choosing the connection level you need.
What does one connection mean?
One connection means one active stream at a time. You may prepare compatible apps on multiple devices, but only one of those devices can stream at a time on a one-connection plan.
Does the price change when I add connections?
Yes. Selecting two through five simultaneous connections updates the displayed prices for each subscription duration.
What happens if I need more than five connections?
Choose More than 5 and the configurator will show Custom Plan and Contact Us without a numeric price. Contact IPTVGear to discuss the number of simultaneous streams you need.
Can I start with a Free Trial?
Yes. The Free Trial uses one simultaneous connection and is separate from choosing a paid plan. It can help you explore current availability before requesting a longer subscription.
Is the public Channels directory the full catalogue?
No. It is a representative overview. The broader subscription package includes additional channels and coverage across more countries worldwide, and availability can change. Use the one-connection Free Trial or contact Support to check a current requirement.
