Information submitted through forms
The Contact form asks for name, email, subject, message, and a privacy acknowledgement. The Free Trial form also asks for country or region and preferred device. The Subscribe form adds subscription duration and simultaneous connection count. An optional message can provide setup context.
The website may also process limited technical information needed to keep the forms secure and reduce abuse, such as the time a request is sent.
Why information is used
Submitted information is used to review and respond to questions, free-trial requests, subscription requests, setup needs, and account support. Selection details help confirm the requested plan and relevant device guidance.
Form values are not intended for advertising profiles. Do not enter passwords, full playlist links, or unrelated sensitive information in message fields.
Security and retention practices
IPTVGear applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect submitted information, including limiting who can access it and protecting the forms against automated abuse. No method of transmitting or storing information over the internet can be completely secure.
Information is retained only as long as needed to review and respond to the request, communicate, keep appropriate records, and address misuse.
Your choices
You can choose not to send a form and use the published contact email instead. You may ask about information connected with your request, request correction, or ask for deletion where it is appropriate to do so. Some records may need to be retained for security, request history, or dispute handling.
