Channel and country availability

The public Channels directory is a representative overview of channel names, countries, regions, and programme types. It is not the complete catalogue: the broader package includes additional channels and coverage across more countries worldwide, and availability can change. A channel or country not shown publicly is not automatically unavailable — explore the directory, use the one-connection Free Trial to check current availability, or ask Support about a specific option.

Plans and connections

Plans differ by subscription duration and simultaneous connection count. One connection means one simultaneous active stream, and plans support one to five. More than five uses the Custom Plan and Contact Us path.

Device setup

Use the Setup overview to prepare your device and follow the general order, then open the device-specific Tutorials for numbered instructions.

Playback or loading problems

Work through a sensible order rather than assuming the connection: allow the first load to finish, check the supplied values, restart the player, then confirm the device and network. Not every issue comes from the network.

Account or subscription requests

Relevant account and setup information is supplied for an accepted Free Trial or subscription request. For anything account-specific, use the secure Contact form and never share passwords or full account fields publicly.

Before contacting support

Prepare useful context

Sharing a few non-sensitive details helps Support respond without a long back-and-forth.

  • Device type and operating system
  • Player or app name
  • The step where the issue starts
  • The exact on-screen error message
  • A general description of the problem
  • The channel or country you are checking, for availability questions

Protect the account

Share context, not secrets

Do not post passwords, playlist links, or complete account fields in public spaces. Share account-specific details only through the secure Contact form when they are needed. Support may ask for non-sensitive context such as the device, player, step, and exact error message.

Common support questions

Why is my channel list or guide still loading?

Programme information and channel data can take a short time to finish loading the first time. Keep the player open until the first refresh completes, check the supplied values for accidental spaces, and restart the player once. If it stays empty, contact Support with your device and player name.

Playback pauses. What should I try first?

Playback can pause for several reasons, not only the connection. Restart the device and player, pause other large downloads, close unused apps, and try a wired connection when available. Source availability and device performance can also affect a single stream.

Where can I ask about channel availability?

The public Channels directory is a representative overview, not the complete catalogue, and the broader package includes additional channels and coverage across more countries worldwide. Start the one-connection Free Trial or contact Support to check a specific channel or country.

What should I include when contacting Support?

Share your device and operating system, the player or app name, the step where the problem starts, and the exact on-screen message. For availability questions, add the channel or country you are checking, and never post passwords or account fields publicly.

Where should I go for a plan or connection question?

Compare durations and simultaneous connection levels on the Plans page. One connection means one simultaneous active stream, and more than five simultaneous connections uses the Custom Plan and Contact Us path.
