    Open App Store

Open App Store on the iPhone or iPad and use Search.

  2. 2

Open the matching Add user, Add playlist, or Remote playlist option and enter the supplied values exactly.

Wait for categories to load, open one entry on the device, and verify controls before testing AirPlay.

  5. 5

    Test AirPlay only when supported

If the player and receiving device both support AirPlay, put them on the same network and select the receiver. Return to direct playback if no compatible receiver appears.

Test your setup

Complete a short check before changing player settings or adding the account again.

  1. 1

Confirm the saved profile loads categories on the phone or tablet.

  2. 2

Test one entry directly on the mobile device before casting.

  3. 3

If using AirPlay or Cast, confirm both devices are on the same network and stop the test from the player when finished.

Common problems

Troubleshooting

Work through the relevant checks in order. If the problem continues, share the device model, player name, and exact on-screen message with Support without exposing account details.

The account details are not accepted

Confirm the setup method matches the supplied fields, paste each value again without spaces, and keep the credentials out of screenshots or public messages.

Categories remain in a loading state

Keep the app open on Wi-Fi, restart it once, and refresh the saved profile. Check available storage if the app closes during loading.

Playback pauses or mobile data use is high

Use a stable Wi-Fi connection for longer viewing, pause large downloads, and review the player’s own stream-quality control where available.

AirPlay or Cast cannot find the screen

Confirm both devices use the same network and that the receiving screen supports the matching feature. Not every player, phone, or TV combination supports casting.

The app closes or freezes

Update the app from the official store, restart the device, and check free storage. Reinstall only if the supplied account details are still available.

Audio continues after leaving the app

Return to the player, stop playback, and then close the app through the normal app switcher.

Device questions

Frequently asked questions

Should I test on the phone before casting?

Yes. First confirm that the account loads and playback works directly on the phone or tablet. Then test AirPlay or Cast only if both devices support it.

Can the same instructions be used on iPhone and Android?

The account information is used in a similar way, but the app stores, player listings, permissions, and casting controls differ. Follow the matching platform section.
